Give yourself a well-deserved break in the Cornish countryside. We’ll be tucked away on a private farm nestled in rolling green hills where the only traffic you have to worry about are the pigs, chickens, sheep, and cows. But don’t worry, the beach is just 15 minutes away and so is the charming coastal village of Fowey (the Cornish pasties alone are worth the trip!)

– Dates –

Monday 11th September – Thursday 14th September *

The retreat is 4 days: Monday afternoon to Thursday evening.

*The retreat begins on Monday afternoon and finishes on Thursday evening. If you would like to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sea air a little longer you’re welcome to stay an additional night in your room/yurt (departing by 10am on Friday) at no extra charge.*

– What’s Included –

》4 nights accommodation in gorgeous Mongolian style yurts or cosy cottage-style rooms.

》6 yoga classes, in a beautiful rustic barn space or on the beach if the weather allows for it! Classes will be a mix of flowing vinyasa morning practices and flow to restore in the early evening. Each session puts your well being at the forefront – enjoy feel-good adjustments and a refinement of your yoga practice.

》Visit the beautiful Lantic bay, walk along the coastal paths, swim in the sea or just chill on the beach and relax.

》A toasty wood fired hot tub to soak in.

》Each Yurt has a wood burning stove.

》Lots of free time to relax, explore the local area, go stand up paddle boarding/kayaking, or take the ferry into Fowey

》4 tasty vegetarian dinners (vegan options if you let us know!).

》midday snacks

》3 post-yoga brunches (think fresh berries, yoghurt, granola, avocado toast, homemade banana bread and lots more nourishing dishes).

》Tea, coffee, herbal teas and healthy snacks

– Accommodation –

For our retreat you can choose to either stay in a gorgeous Mongolian-style yurts or cosy cottage style rooms. 

The yurts are the ultimate in luxury camping. Each have their own personality and are furnished with a double bed (plus two fold out beds) a chest of drawers, cosy feather duvets, bed linen and quilts. To keep your buns toasted on the cooler nights there are wood burning stoves in each.

Each yurt also has its own fire pit with a tripod stand so if you like you can cook over an open fire or toast marshmallows for some s’mores!

In the cottage there is a cosy living room where students like to chill and socialise (as well as charge their devices) and there are two bright and lovely rooms that can be shared between 2 or booked privately.

– Yoga –

Each class will be unique and custom to the retreat. We will start our focus on releasing the upper body and slowly work our way down so by the end of the retreat your entire body will be refreshed and restored! 

The morning classes will be more energetic, and the evening classes will be soft, gentle, and restorative.

》Take the ferry to the picturesque town of Fowey. Flaneur through the cobbled lanes in and out of Cornish bakeries, boutiques, and art galleries.
