This class is exactly what the title suggests: long held poses (5-10 minutes) supported by props to encourage a deeper sense of relaxation and restoration.
You’ll also be introduced to several self massage techniques that are guaranteed to switch on your parasympathetic nervous system and fully soothe your mind and body.
Have the following props: A wall or chair, several thick pillows or a bolster, a blanket, blocks, a strap, and massage oil if you’re really feeling the fantasy.
