Breathing is something that we’re doing all day, everyday. And like any repetitive action, HOW you’re doing it is important. Unfortunately, breathing optimally is something very few people are doing. This has a massive impact on how well we move both on and off of our yoga mats.
This workshop will be 90 minutes and covers:
- Breathing biochemistry and biomechanics
- Breathing techniques to improve physical performance, sleep, & health
- Breathing techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue
- And so much more!
The workshop will be mostly lecture based with some practical application, so bring your notebook and yoga mat.
