Expect a mindful flow coupled with breath work. This flow is designed to help you release tension and stress that you may have accumulated throughout the course of the day or week. We will be focusing on side bends and hip opening

f2r: Shoulders and NEck release

Hey, is your neck feeling a bit stiff? Shoulders and upper back crankier than a cat in a bathtub? Well no worries! This class is designed to help mobilize and release stiffness from the upper body.

Grab the following props for maximum coziness: two blocks (or thick books), strap, and a pillow.

after work: Slow flow

This is a gentle flow to restore class designed to help you unwind after a long day. Great if you’re feeling a bit delicate but are also ready to move a little!

You’ll want the following props to help support your practice and make it extra cozy: pillows, a strap (or belt), 2 blocks (or thick books).

Yin • Yang for Hip mobility

The first 30 minutes of class will be a gentle, fluid “yang” flow. The last 30 minutes will be longer held postures supported by props to explore the element of “yin”.
