I offer a wide array of lesson plans designed to address motivation, morale, and productivity in the workplace. Classes include but are not limited to those for stress relief, increased energy, neck and back pain relief. Yoga has been shown to decrease the incidence of anxiety, stress, and depression while increasing energy, focus, and motivation. The key to a healthy and happy office is yoga!

30 minute session
An express class for busy professionals. Each class is tailored to relieve stress, improve mobility, and decrease discomfort caused by excessive sitting.
60 minute session
Classes tailored to help alleviate common workplace issues such as: anxiety, stress, burn-out, and physical discomfort from lack of movement.
